disse standard betingelser.
Complete Vocal Institute kan se sig nødsaget til IKKE at godkende en købs
ordre.

1. Anvendelse af Lyd biblioteket

1. Audio Downloads - Komplet Sangteknik lydbibliotek

Du
må kun anvende audio downloads fra Complete Vocal Institute til personlige,
non-kommercielle anvendelse. Når du køber adgang til Komplet Sangtekniks
Lydbibliotek fra Complete Vocal Institute, så køber du retten til:

• i. Lytte til
  dine downloadede filer på din PC et ubegrænset antal gange,
• ii. Brænde
  audio downloadene til en audio CD op til to gange, og
• iii. Overføre
  audio downloadene til en transportabel afspiller i op til to gange.

Complete
Vocal Institute reserver sig ret at ændre rettigheder beskrevet i disse
Standard betingelser når som helst uden forvarsel.

Du
har IKKE  ret til:

• Redistribuere
  disse downloadede produkter til tredje person på nogen måde.
• Give, udleje
  eller udlåne disse downloadede produkter tredje personer.
• Optræde med,
  fremvise, udsende eller afspille downloadede produkter i offentligheden,
• Anvende automatiske
  systemer til at få adgang til eller til at downloade audio tracks, eller
• Forsøge at
  ændre, komme uden om, eller på enhver anden måde modificere en kopi
  beskyttelse placeret på de udbudte downloads hos Complete Vocal Institute.

2. System krav

Brug
af Complete Vocal Institute's website kræver kompatibel hardware, internet adgang,
og bestemte
software. Brugbarheden af vores service kan være påvirket af kvaliteten af
disse faktorer.  Du accepterer at det er dit
ansvar at sikre at disse krav (som indimellem kan ændres) opfyldes at dit eget
system. Vi anbefaler stærkt at du anvender en high-speed internet forbindelse når
du anvender vor service.

Klager
over brugbarheden af tredje parters software skal  gives til de relevante firmaer, der ejer eller
distribuerer softwaren.

3. Priser

Pris
informationen som ses på Complete Vocal Institute's website kan ændres uden
forudgående varsel.

4.Returnering

Da
Komplet Sangteknik Lydbiblioteket er udbudt og leveret digitalt er det
defineret at være en tjenesteydelse.
Complete Vocal Institute kan derfor i sagens natur IKKE tilbyde returnering
eller annullering af ydelsen, og du bekræfter at acceptere dette forhold, når
leverencenaf ydelsen er startet.

5. Refundering

Da
download af Komplet Sangteknik Lydbiblioteket er en tjenesteydelse kan det i
sagens natur IKKE rteturneres og refunderes.
Hvis du har problemer med dit indkøbte Lydbibliotek, venligst kontakt os og så
vil vi enten forsøge at hjælpe dig med at løse problemet,  eller annullere din ordre og refundere din
betaling hvis vi ikke kan hjælpe dig med problemet. Complete Vocal Institute
har herefter ingen forpligtelse i forhold til denne købsordre.

6. Jurisdiktion

Alle
købsordrer hos Complete Vocal Institute er reguleret af Dansk Lov og eventuelle
tvister skal afgøres ved danske domstole.

the right not to accept any order.

1. Usage

1. Audio Downloads - CVT Sound
Library

You
may only use audio downloads
from Complete Vocal Institute for personal, non-commercial, use. When
purchasing access to the CVT Sound Library from Complete Vocal Institute, you
are purchasing the right to:

• i. Listen to
  your downloaded file on your PC
  an unlimited number of times,
• ii. Burn audio
  downloads to an audio CD up to
  2 times, and
• iii. Transfer
  audio downloads to a portable
  device up to 2 times.

Complete
Vocal Institute reserves
the right to change the rights granted in these Terms and Conditions at any
time without prior notice.

You
DO NOT have the right to:

• Redistribute
  downloaded products to third
  parties by any means.
• Rent, give or
  lend downloaded products to
  third parties.
• Perform, show,
  broadcast (by any means), or
  play downloaded products in public,
• Use automated
  systems for accessing or
  downloading audio tracks, or
• Attempt to
  circumvent, alter, or in any other
  way modify any copy-protection technologies placed on downloads offered
  for sale from Complete Vocal Institute.

2. System Requirements

Use
of the Complete Vocal
Institute website requires compatible hardware, internet access, and certain
software. The performance of our service can be affected by the quality of
these factors. You accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that these
requirements (which may change occasionally) are met by your system.

We
strongly recommend that you
use a high-speed internet connection in order to use our service.

Any
complaints about the
performance of third party software should be made to the relevant companies
who own the software.

3. Prices

Price
information displayed on
the Complete Vocal Institute website is subject to change without prior notice.

 4.Returns

The
CVT Sound Library offered and
digitally delivered by Complete Vocal Institute are deemed to be a service.
Because of the nature of the Services (CVT Sound Library) offered on Complete
Vocal Institute website, you agree not to exercise any right of return or
cancellation concerning:

• The supply of
  Services which execution has
  already started (i.e Download has commenced).
• The supply of
  goods which cannot be returned
  because of their nature.

5. Refunds

Because
of the nature of the
Services (CVT Sound Library) offered on Complete Vocal Institute website, you
cannot receive any refunds.

If
you have trouble with your
purchased CVT Sound Library, please contact us and we will either help you
resolve your problem, cancel your order or refund your payment if we are unable
to resolve the problem. Complete Vocal Institute shall then have no further
liability to you.

6. Jurisdiction

All
purchases from Complete Vocal
Institute are subject to Danish Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Danish
courts.
